Shipping Information

  • NeedWantGetIt ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna. We also ship to Post Office Boxes through economy shipping. 
  • In almost all cases NeedWantGetIt ships with economy delivery services. For standard and express or any other type of delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight. Subject to specific enquiry as mentioned above, shipping is economy or free as shown on the checkout page. 
  • Delivery period depends on the country selected and is not within our control. Typical transit time is between 10-15 business days for the USA and Canada only and around double for most other destinations, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. If you wish us to provide faster shipping, please email us and we will advise you of the shipping cost in such cases for you to make a final decision. 
  • Please note, in particular, economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (and usually less than 24 hours) of placement. If we experience any special difficulty with our supplier we will contact you to advise. 
  • Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out if you use the "Order Lookup" function on our website. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

All international orders are subject to the possibility of being charged additional VAT or Customs Tax and/or import duty and taxes ("Import Costs") and such Import Costs vary by country. When ordering from, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying all Import Costs and administration for customs clearance. NeedWantGetIt has no way of knowing which and when such Costs will apply and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary by country and are based on the price you paid when purchasing on the NeedWantGetIt website. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. NeedWantGetIt is not responsible for any additional charges when they occur, and by law we cannot declare prices lower than their actual value. If you used a discount code, we do honor that pricing on all international forms, but legally we cannot adjust to anything lower than what you paid.  You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.  As mentioned, to avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift and we are advised by you on purchase, we request our supplier to mark the package as a “Gift,” but the cost of the item must still be stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package and any such "Gift" label may or may not make a difference.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

NeedWantGetIt is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

  • All prices on our site are listed in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
