Question 1: How do I order?
Answer 1: Simply click the green "ADD TO CART" button and then click the "GO TO CART" button:
After that please click the green "CHECKOUT" (or Paypal) button and fill in your details.
Question 2: Are my payments secure?
Answer 2: Yes, it's 100% Secure.
We use the PayPal & Shopify secure payment gateways. ( your option )
** You can also use the Paypal checkout to pay with any major credit card company without having to log into your account.
Question 3: Where are you based ?
Answer 3: Our main operations are carried in the North America as well as manufacturer and warehouse locations worldwide including North America, Europe and Asia.
Question 4: When will you ship my item(s) ?
Answer 4: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
Some of our products are produced on demand so it can depend. Perhaps in a few days, perhaps not for a few weeks. 99% of items, even those that need to be printed, are usually shipped less within 3-5 days after payment.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. If you're still not sure, just check the Order Lookup page or email us. We're happy to clear things up.
Question 5: How long does shipping take?
Answer 5: Once we ship your order, for most USA orders please allow between 8-15 business days for your items to arrive. In some rare cases it may take longer. For international shipments please allow 14-35 business days depending on your location.
Brazil and Italy might take a little longer. In particular, economy shipping may take 1-2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.
Question 6: How do I receive multiple item orders?
Answer 6: If you order several products, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Question 7: Oh No, I messed up my Shipping Address and/or Size, Quantity, etc. .... can I change it ?
Answer 7: If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Many of our items are shipped out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Question 8: I don't have a Tracking Number OR the Tracking Number I have isn't working
Answer 8: You can always look for it on our website's Order Lookup page. However, if your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. Please also feel free to email us with an enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org
